Questions

Do your certificates satisfy Minnesota requirements?

Every training is mapped to the exact statute it fulfills, with a 70% quiz gate and documented completion. Some hands-on items (like CPR or medication competency) require in-person verification by law — those are clearly marked and paired with an employer sign-off.

Can staff skip through the videos?

No. Playback is non-skippable, content is protected against download and screen recording, and each view is watermarked to the individual learner.

Which providers do you cover?

ARMHS is live now. CFSS, Assisted Living, Childcare (CCAP), Night Supervision, and Integrated Community Supports are coming next.

How do you track compliance?

Every completion, score, and certificate is stored per employee, with expiration reminders so nothing lapses before an audit.

How it works

From hire to certified in three steps

ComplyMN turns Minnesota's training requirements into on-demand video your staff finish in one sitting — with a certificate that stands up in an audit.

1

Pick your provider type

Choose your service — ARMHS, CFSS, Assisted Living, Childcare, and more — then the category: new staff, continuing education, or annual.

2

Complete the training

Watch non-skippable video mapped to the exact Minnesota statute, then pass a quiz at 70% or higher. Content is protected and watermarked to the learner.

3

Get the certificate

A name-stamped, audit-ready certificate is issued and stored for every employee, with reminders before anything expires.

Why it holds up in an audit

Every module cites the statute it satisfies, the 70% quiz proves comprehension — not just attendance — and each completion is documented per employee. For hands-on items that require in-person verification by law, like CPR or medication competency, we mark them clearly and pair the video with an employer sign-off.

Two ways to buy

Providers (agencies) subscribe or buy training packages for their whole team. Employees (individuals) can pay per training and get a single certificate. Pick the path that fits you.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How ComplyMN keeps your Minnesota training compliant and audit-ready.

Do your certificates satisfy Minnesota requirements?

Yes. Every training is built directly from the governing statute and rule — for ARMHS, that is Minn. Stat. § 245I.05 and § 626.557 — and each module cites the exact requirement it satisfies. Completion is gated behind a 70% quiz, so the certificate proves the material was understood, not just opened. Some hands-on items required by law (CPR, medication administration, first aid) can only be verified in person; those are clearly labeled and paired with an employer sign-off rather than issued as an online-only certificate.

Can staff skip through the videos or share them?

No. Playback is non-skippable — the Next button unlocks only after the segment has actually played. Content is protected against download, screen recording, and copy-paste, and every view is watermarked with the individual learner's name so nothing can be quietly shared or reused. This is what keeps a completion defensible if a licensor asks how you know the person actually did the training.

Which providers do you cover, and when?

ARMHS (§ 245I) is live today with its full new-staff training track. Next in line are CFSS (§ 256B.85), Assisted Living / 144G (MDH-regulated), Childcare / CCAP (§ 142B), Night Supervision (§ 245D), and Integrated Community Supports (§ 245D). Each launches with its own statute-mapped new-staff, continuing-education, and annual tracks. Want yours prioritized? Reach out and we will move it up the list.

How do you track compliance across my whole team?

Every completion, quiz score, and certificate is stored per employee in one dashboard. You get a live roster of who is trained, who is overdue, and what expires when — with automatic reminders before anything lapses. When an audit comes, you export the whole history in one click instead of digging through binders and inboxes.

What is the difference between the provider plan and the employee plan?

Providers (agencies) subscribe or buy training packages to cover their whole team, with the compliance dashboard and audit records included. Employees (individuals) can buy a single training and walk away with one certificate — no subscription. If you are staffing an agency, the provider plan is almost always cheaper per person.

How long does a training take?

Each module is built to be finished in one sitting — roughly 30 to 60 minutes depending on the topic — so a new hire can knock out a requirement before their first shift instead of waiting on a scheduled classroom session.

What happens if someone fails the quiz?

They can review the material and retake it. The certificate only issues at 70% or higher, so a passed quiz always means the standard was met.

Is this affiliated with the State of Minnesota or DHS?

No. ComplyMN is an independent training provider. Our curriculum is built to meet the requirements set out in Minnesota statute and rule, but we are not the Department of Human Services, the Department of Health, or any licensing body.
